The letter is correspondence on behalf of Duchess of Windsor using Her Highness as her title (incorrectly, should be her grace) regarding customs exemption from taxes as wife of the governor, signed by her secretary Jean Drewes. Edward and his wife were exiled to Bahamas at the start of the 2nd World War as governor of Bahamas.
