Tied Scottish horizontal bars (CBP 7/22) with the numeral 300 for St Andrews. Obverse double ring transit mark for Calais ANGL AMB CALAIS 13 JUN 59 and a red 'PD' mark in a red circle (CBP 9.63). Backstamped St Andrews in black ST ANDRES JU!! 1859 and a London single ring transit mark in red VY LONDON JU13 1859.
