Bearing a vertical pair of the 1865-67 4d vermilion SG94 (specialised cat J55).Tied with a duplex 466 for Liverpool & a single horizontal town cancel L LIVERPOOL 15FE67 30 (CBP 7/20). Obverse has a transit mark for Calais ANG 16 FEVR 67 AMB CALAIS & red PD mark in a circle (CBP 9/63). Company cancel for Wichelhaus and Busch, Liverpool and a ' via Calais' in script. Reverse with transit mark in red for London CW LONDON FE15 67, a rather indistinct Paris transit mark receiving mark for Mulhouse MULHOUSE 17 FEVR 67 (66).
