Tied 498 for Manchester and the horizontal town cancel 40L MANCHESTER SP3 69 (CBP 7/20). Obverse with paid mark in red in a circle (CBP 9/65). The envelope has 4 pinhole marks where the contents have been checked. Backstamped single ring London transit mark in red LONDON ET4 69 and a CDDD for Ancorna in black ANCONA 6 SET 69 HM. there are several other indistinct transit marks.
