1973-74 Self-adhesive Series 1: Complete set of five values ½p to 3½p with square backing paper, with octagonal design in typography, non phosphor issued on 10th Feb 1974. These were not adopted as a credible alternative as proposed originally by Derek Worboys & John Daynes. (5). Only 1000 sets produced.
1975 7p purple-brown 2 Bands right marginal block of 15 showing imperf across the block with bottom two rows showing blind perfs, scarce in such a large multiple, SG X874a, Cat £1200 per imperf pair.

2008 65th Anniv. of the Dambusters raid, operation Chastise, special cover signed by the last remaining Squadron Leader J Munro. Second cover signed Guy Gibson, another Dambuster wing commander. Interesting write up. (2).
